The Tabernacle is located in Dursley town centre at the junction of Kingshill Rd and Parsonage St. It is an historic church with a proud heritage. The church traces its origins to the preaching of George Whitefield in 1742. It founded one of the first Sunday Schools in Britain. The present building dates from 1808.
