Dursley Tab to host Experience Easter on Thursday and Friday

Church will be open from 10 am to 10 pm with times reserved for under 11's

Dursley Tab is to host Experience Easter over two days on Thursday 2 and Friday 3 April. The church will be open from 10 am until 10pm to all visitors.
Experience Easter is an event that allows visitors to engage with the story of Easter. It consists of a number of stations around the church linked to the events of Holy Week, with bible readings and suggestions for prayer and action at each. The church has set some specific times for young children under 11 to come and enjoy the experience too with the presence of their parents.
Reverend Simon Helme comments: "Easter is a very special time for our Church and being able to host Experience Easter is a wonderful way to share it with visitors. We are particularly fortunate to be able to use props and material that Gloucester Cathedral has used in the past. We look forward to welcoming everyone who wants to find out more about Easter and get a better understanding of the events that took place."
Experience Easter will be accessible for visitors on Thursday 2 April and Friday 3 April from 10am until 10pm. Younger visitors are welcome with their parents in Thursday between 10am and 12pm and Friday between 2pm and 4pm.
